Not centered or showing 2 columns

    I have made changes to the padding but I still cannot get the 2 column format. Ads stay at the 250px size in one column and are left aligned leaving too much blank space on the right, even when I have selected 2 columns.

    Ultimately I would like center the one column ads and make them 270px wide to match the dimensions of the size of the youtube videos I have displayed in the sidebar also. Can you tell me how I can do this? If not, then how can I get the 250px ad to center?

    If there is someway to get 2 column ads at 135px each that would be helpful to know too.
