Try enabling the infinite scroll option. It might help. If not, you should also trigger the scroll event after loading your content.

by enable infinite scroll option is OK
but other Problem:
while enable BJ Lazy Load Page of plugins in WP-admin will white and empty and other pages is correct and while BJ Lazy Load is Disable all pages is OK

I’m not sure if I understand you correct. Does your plugin page turn white when you activate BJ Lazy Load? If so, is it only on activation or at all times when the plugin is activated?
I’m running 3.6-alpha-23257 as well, and I don’t have any problems.

because by enable a new other plugin, plugins page will white
