Not broadcasting with categories or featured image

Hello,

I’m using Broadcast on a newly-built multisite installation. As a Super Admin, the broadcasting process has tested flawlessly from day one. However, I’m getting reports from my client that when they broadcast content, only the text transfers from site to site. None of the basic information transfers along with it–category and featured image, to be specific.

I’ve set broadcast permissions for all functions to apply to anyone with Administrator-level permissions (which client is), but they’re still reporting the same issue. Why is this happening?
