1) You mention ‘other anti spam plugin’ – there’s a possibility this might be a conflict. Have you tried with it off?
2) What OTHER plugins are you using? Plugins often cause issues with each other.
3) What THEME are you using?
If other plugins/themes are editing the login process, and not using the default WP hooks and filters, then this plugin can’t work unless you do some extra lifting. Like WooCommerce? Requires tweaks.

Plugin works fine out of the box, so it’s most likely a conflict with your setup. Which you have provided no information on so I really can’t help you debug 🙁

Sorry I didn’t aware of the FAQ. I was in panic thought my website got leaked as it happened after I installed Ban Hammer. Well I’ll answer your questions :
1&2. I’m using CleanTalk (premium) plugin. I didn’t turn it off because I thought it wouldn’t be a conflict. But I relisted again the email address both in your plugin & CleanTalk just to be sure and nothing happened so far.
3. I’m using Themify (premium) theme.
Anyway I’m a newbie in this forum. I even didn’t know that I have to “register again” to write review as I thought I could just use this forum as my web administrator. So I’d like to re-write my review about your plugin but I didn’t know how. Or should I just deleted it? Sorry for the bad review tho.

Plugins shouldn’t care what order they’re activated in, but I’ve seen weirder things 🙂 Don’t worry about it. You didn’t know, now you do 😀
