Not awesomes

Due to its completely absent support (Promise: 24/7 for the paid version), I do not recommend this product for professional development and even less for non-professionals.
As for me, I have three ongoing requests for which no response has been made to me… not even an acknowledgement of receipt.
1/ Flip Boxes are not displayed when they are invoked with their short-code from a widget in the header of my ASTRA theme. (WordPress v 6.7.2 Astra Lite last version)
2/ Using, on the same page, several Fip boxes from different templates seems to cause disruptions at the CSS level and in particular on the Z-Index property. With the consequence of icons that are not displayed regardless of the chosen transparency levels
3/ Does Fipbox allow you to build responsive flip boxes? The parameters for defining the size of the boxes would seem to indicate the opposite. Consequently, we obtain truncated displays with smartphones.
Finally, it seems that the purchase method does not offer a procedure to request a refund… I feel like I’ve been scammed. I regret this purchase made a bit too quickly.
