Hi, try the following.
– FTP the .htaccess file from your site to your computer and edit and remove all the code between and including the following tags: Make sure you upload the .htaccess file back into the same location you downloaded the file from via FTP.
# BEGIN All In One WP Security
# END All In One WP Security
Let me know if the above helps you.

Hi,
I did exactly what you said but the problem remains, not available at all!
Hi, you might have to reset the plugin and start from scratch. Please check the following documentation.

Let me know if the above helps you.
Thank you

Unfortunately, after uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin the problem persists and access to the admin area remains unavailable
Looks like you will have to totally remove the plugin altogether and start from scratch. Carry out the following steps.

Thank you
Hi
I have the same issue, but I haven’t enabled the rename login page. once I logged out from the site, I entered my previous password three times and my IP got blocked. Then I deactivated the plugin and whitelisted my IP and logged out. But this time, I’m getting “403 Error. Forbidden”
And also I couldn’t reset my password, when I entered my email it says, my email is not linked with the site!

Hi,
As recommended I started from scratch but now instead of the unavailable message I get a 404 error
Hi, there might be a conflict somewhere in your site. Can you disable all other plugins and carry out a test. Also did you remove aiowps tables from your database before you installed a new copy and activated the plugin?
Thank you

I deleted the plugin and all the tables from the database as per your procedure. I reinstalled the plugin from scratch and, even with all plugins disabled, it still doesn’t allow access, sending a 404 error
Hi, just out of curiosity. Are you enabling the Rename Login Page Brute Force feature? If you are, what are you typing on the browser address bar when trying to log in?
Thank you

Yes I did.
To access to back office I type the assigned name instead of wp-admin
