    Hello

I have had some problems with the plugin for a few weeks…
When I try to connect to my admin, it goes to a page with “Not available”.
To connect I have to go through FTP and deactivate the plugin.

I have renamed the connection page…

Any idea what is causing that ?

    Hi,

When I try to connect to my admin, it goes to a page with “Not available”.

Are you login into your site via the WP login form or via the membership login form?

    Thank you

    Hello

It’s the WP-login form but on a renamed connection page

Thank you for clarifying further your issue. It looks like you have enabled one of the Brute Force features, like Rename Login Page. If that is the case, then you cannot login via the usual login URL anymore. You need to enter the following yoursite.com/secretword to access your admin panel.

Let me know if the above helps you.

    Thank you

    yeah I know that…
I can go to the connection page.
But on I enter my ID and password, the next page go to “Not available”…

And I have to rename the plugin file via FTP in order to access my admin panel…

    Hi,

Something in your site must be interfering with our plugins login process. Try the following steps.

First: Disable all other plugins except ours. Then carry out a test.
Second: If the above step does not resolve your issue, make sure you also clear any cache in your site if you are running a cache plugin.
Third: If the above does not help, test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Twenty.

    Let me know what happens.

    Thank you
