Hi,
Yes, this is a known issue at Eventbrite, which they are actively working on: domains that end in other than .com are not being properly redirected. We’ll let you know when they update us with a fix.
Hello,
Eventbrite have let us know that this should all be sorted out now; can you give it a try again?
Hello, have you had any luck with this?
Hello,
Yes, I tested it out just after eventbrite released the fix.
I was able to connect and display the events – however when displaying on my test event page they were showing as not yet published.
Plus I was having issues with integration to my theme. I had to come up with a different approach as I needed the events live on the site and didn’t have the time – however I’d like to use this, so will give it another go and let you know.
I got the same problem with an .qc.ca website and eventbrite.ca
HI jltrussart, please start your own thread. Thanks!

We’re working on a theory for this, will let you know when I have an update.
Thanks! That’s very appreciate.
Hi, still looking into this.
Hi msbrownslounge,
Are you still seeing this issue? We haven’t been able to replicate, but know that some other users have had the same problem: it comes from the event IDs all being set the same, so the plugin is trying to get info from the wrong event, resulting in that error message.
Some have had it go away on its own, which is only more confusing. Just wondering what your own situation is. Feel free to drop us a link to the problem page, too, so we can take a look.
Hi
Yes still getting the same issue – I just ran through the process again and there it is!
