[resolved] not authenticated with Dropbox (4 posts)

    Hi,
    I have just tried to use the plugin. I did the app permission, authentication, for Dropbox. Then tried to back-up for the first time. I got "not authenticated with Dropbox" error.

    Dropbox sent a verification email.

    Hi,

    Sometimes Dropbox can play up. When the far end says "not authenticated", that's usually all it says - no extra info as to what's up. The only thing to do is go into the 'expert/debugging' tab on the UpdraftPlus settings page, and hit the "Wipe Settings" button at the bottom, and try the authentication again.

    Hi,
    I will try that. I just realized email is sufficient as well.

    Do you think you will/could add Box.com? (I have 50G of storage with them :-)

    We're currently working on copy.com. Box will be the next one we look at, based on interest. No time-scales or promises of when!
