    In a hurry.

Your documentation says that short codes don’t come with the Pro version, only with the premium. Yet I just read documentation here that says its provided. I read that by the way, after buying the Premium.

Any way, I’m working on the HOME page,, I’ve got a three column layout. My first two columns read “Residential” and “Commercial”. I want the third to read “Yelp” reviews and I thought I would paste the shortcode in that text box to display the yelp widget. All I get is the literal display of the code [yelp-widget-pro id=”next-level-contracting-chicago” align=”right”].

Your documentation says I should be able to paste the shortcode anywhere and display the Yelp widget. This apparently isn’t the case. What more needs to be done?

    Hi @mimi92863,

FOr some reason, I never saw this ticket come in. Apologies for the extreme delay.

Just to clarify the confusion on the shortcode issue. Shortcodes are NOT supported in the Free version. The link you provided is an introduction to our Premium plugin, not the free one. As it says in the second paragraph:
The documentation is written for the Premium version of the plugin but has some application to the free version.

Nevertheless, we do get confusion from readers on this point often, and we’re taking steps to resolve that very soon.

Regarding your issue, can you provide a link to your website AND to the Yelp profile page that you’re try to list with our plugin? But if you are a Premium user, then our Support Forum is the best place to get support: https://wordimpress.com/support/forum/yelp-widget-pro/yelp-widget-pro-premium-priority-support/

Looking forward to helping you get this resolved.
