    I’d like to thank Alimir for sorting a few issues out & keeping communication clear and constant. Appreciate it especially as it’s holiday season and pandemic so probably a busy time. Looking forward to more features in this plugin and using your services again in future.

    I’m sorry you are not satisfied with the WP ULike PRO plugin. It is our intention to make items that make your life easier, not harder!

    We sent you the answer in an email. however, we will send the same reply here as well, which you may see sooner.
    First I want to point out that we usually respond to our customers in less than 12 hours during non-business hours. It may take a day now because of the holidays. We received your request yesterday at the end of working time and we sent the answer today.

    In the year since the release of the premium version, we have had more than 10,000 customers and we have been able to keep all our users satisfied.
    So far, our refund requests have been less than 20, all of which we have approved without question. ( Surely if it were not so, we would have had many 1 star ratings on by now. 🙂 )

    We do not mention anywhere on the site that we have 20 creative templates for profile builder. By template, we mean like buttons, which you can check in the following URL:

    But in the case of profile builder, we have created tools that you can use to create a variety of structures.
    Of course, we agree that no product is perfect. That’s why user feedback is always very important to us, and we usually add any requests that users have in future updates.

    Finally, we reiterate that your purchase is completely safe and we will confirm your refund whenever you inform us.
