Not Appearing under Dashboard>Settings>Sub Menu Invisible

Hi,

I love your plugin but with two fresh installs this is NOT appearing anywhere within my WP Dashboard.
I started down this path because I wanted to add a custom link within the site after registration and login.

Question: I am stuck how do I alter the associated functionality of the “tabs” and “modules” are missing.

The Theme My Login Settings can be accessed via the WordPress Administration Panel. It can be found as a submenu item under the Settings menu.
