I trust you’re doing well!
Please make sure the latest version of the hustle plugin is installed on your site.
Please run the following test, open your site as logged out user, and subscribe with a test email. After this please go to the Hustle > Email Lists and check if an email is showing up. Click on the Export CSV button and check if an email will be shown there.
If an email is not showing up in the Email List, please run the same test with all plugins deactivated. Make sure that you have a full site backup, so in case if something will go wrong you can always restore it.
If an email will show up, this mean some of the active plugins is conflicting with Hustle. Please activate one plugin at a time, while repeating the above test to find out which plugin is causing this issue.

Hi, thanks for the reply! While still is not working.
I have the last Version 7.0.4
As you can see in this image i have 989 conversions while in the email list i only see 707

Did the popup on site ever had a Call To Action button on it?
If you’re using Hustle for quite some time already then in the past there was no separation between conversions as in “subscription/form submissions” and as in “clicking on CTA button” – they were all counted together.
There’s also another possible cause for this – is there an option enabled for this popup to allow already subscribed users subscribe again? If yes, that would also affect conversions number vs. e-mail list.

And regarding the second question it is only show once to each user. So if you see the site twice you will only get once the pop up.
My main concern was that i was losing emails, but as the emails that i can export it gets more subscribers i can assummme that i do not lose emails, what do you think?

I hope you are doing well!
As Adam has mentioned previously if at some point you were allowing to same users to subscribe again, the number of conversions will be increased, but not the number of emails.
A pop-up will show up again to a user that has submitted it already, when browser cookies are cleared on a user’s end. So it highly possible that same user could subscribe more than one time.
Since you have submitted an email on your end and it is shown in the Email Lists, the signup is working well.
