Not allowing me to upload after theme change

Hi, I heavily rely on Delightful Downloads, and since I changed my theme this weekend nothing happens when I try to upload a file. I click the button and nothing changes. I didn’t add new plugins, so I don’t think it’s a plug in conflict. Please help! Thanks!
