Not allowing logins
-
Major bug at the moment that is causing login attempts to fail and get locked out.
I have had to disable your plugin to get things working again.
Please fix asap

Hi, can you provide more information so that I know exactly what is happening in your site. For example: Do you see any error messages? Have you tried a plugin/theme conflict test?
Kind regards
Its imply wont accept username and password even though its 100% correct. Had an influx of angry users telling me so and confirmed it after i tried as well.
Nothing wrong with my theme. After you update this happened.
Look at your support forum, many others having the same issue after recent update.

https://wordpress.org/support/topic/all-in-one-wp-security-blocks-after-first-failed-login-attempt-to-admin-pane-l/Hi @soft-focus,
Do you have the following checkbox ticked in the Login Lockdown settings?
Instantly Lockout Invalid UsernamesIn one of those links you provided the user appeared to be accidentally typing the wrong username and hence they were being locked out due to the above feature.
I understand that you said it “wont accept username and password even though its 100% correct” but can you try and do some simple tests to see if one of the features are causing your issue.
again…. never had the issues until recent update…
No setting have changed. Only thing that changed is the version
jsut tested it again with you latest release.
EXACT SAME UN & PASSWORD
All In One WP Security & Firewall ENABLED ” ERROR INVALID EMAIL OR PASSWORD
All In One WP Security & Firewall DISBALED: Can Login with no problem. The issue lies with your plugin.
Are you using the rename login page feature?
Are you also using any form of caching too?
If so, you should exempt the rename login page URL from being cached.
Also if you are using rename login feature, what happens if you disable that feature? Does problem go away?-

spent some more hours testing,
1. If i turn off rename login page URL it works, with it on it doesn’t. (this has worked fine for years)
2. Then there seems to be a new conflict with Ultimate Membership Pro, which didn’t exist before your updates. If I have your plugin enabled (with or without rename login page URL enabled) adn try login though its login page, it doesn’t work. If i go through /wp-admin its works, provided that rename login page URL is off. Thanks
my findings are confirmed.
I had version 4.3.8.3 installed on another website, so I downloaded and rolled back to that.
Everything works again.
Your new version is broken.
Thanks
actually still getting redirected to 127.0.0.1 at times, which is your default redirect, but I font even have the feature enabled.
