    Hello.

I’m using WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips with WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips Premium Templates in a WP 4.8 multisite. After upgrading to 2.0.4 and 2.4.1, I get the message “the file can’t be loaded, try again” in the browser when downloading any invoice, no matter whether it’s a previously generated or a new one (also packing slips).

Trying to open them with Acrobat it says that it’s a not allowed file type or a damaged file. Screenshot (error message is in Spanish): https://snag.gy/FzEPuL.jpg

After downgrading, if I try to download the same invoice I get the message “Some of the export parameters are missing”. Regenerate it with the “Create PDF” option in the order solves it.

    Thank you

    Hello Enrique,
Can you check if ‘Debug output’ is turned on in the Status tab (WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Status)? Turning this off may help.
I also recommend trying if switching the view setting helps to fix this issue.
    View or Download PDF
    Which browser do you use?

Let me know what you find!

    Hello Ewout

Many thanks for your response. The debug option is unchecked. Checking it doesn’t show any error message. No changes if I switch the views setting, same result. I’m using Chrome, but I tried with Firefox and no changes.

    Best regards

    Hello Enrique,
I can’t reproduce the issue here… Since you’re using the Premium Templates, could you send me an email at support@wpovernight.com I can try to help you with this? Thanks!
