Support » Plugin: Product Feed PRO for WooCommerce » Not all the products are in the xml

    Hallo there,
I’m using the latest free version of the plugin.

I’m trying to get a xml for trovaprezzi.it, I would like to add to my xml only the products that are in the category “Feed comparatori”.

In this category there are around 327 products, unfortunately in the XML made from the plugin I get only 240 products.

This is the link to my debug.log https://pastebin.com/UHfHDfYm

    Could you help me?

    Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

I noticed from your debug.log that you enabled the ‘And only include lowest priced product variation(s)” feature. When you did not set default product variations for all of your variable products no variations will be added to the feed for that specific product at all so changes are big that this is causing the issue at hand for you.

    Hi,
    thanks for your quick reply!

Actually the products that are missing are “simple products” but we don’t need the “only include lowest priced variations” option.

    Where do I disable it?

    Hi,

    Make sure this is disabled:

Now that being said, that should effect product variations not simple products. There doesn’t seem to be anything in the feed configuration that removes simple products.

Can you give an example of a product that you believe is missing from the feed?
