    I, we noticed that, even having the order data, with the order not paid, so the customer forgot to continue the purchase, you plugin is not putting the customer email into the abandoned cart list, so no email is sent…. is there a problem? is a configuration or something else?

    Hi,

    In the free version, you can use the abandoned cart recovery feature. If the customer left his email at the checkout page, the abandoned mail should be sent after a specific time you set in the backend settings. If it does not, please check your cron job or install a mail log plugin to check if the email did send from your server.

    The abandoned order recovery feature as you mentioned is available in the pro version only. So if you are using a pro one, and got this issue, please give a direct contact on our support forum, we will help you check.

    Hi, mine did not show up anything in /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wacv_sections when I typed the e-mail and all the other fields. In free version does not appear anything in the abandoned cart list? Tks!

    Hi diegpl,

    Are you using another plugin to edit the checkout page, if so it may be that our plugin is not recognizing the fields entered by the user. Please let us know more details so we can solve it, thanks.
