Not all tags displayed?

    The tag cloud is in the sidebar. I have set the order DESC. The first, English, is used 67 times, the second, budhism 25 times, the third should be artwork, 24 times but this one is not displayed. Same for consciousness, 21 times, while philosophy, 19 times, does show up.
    How can I fix this?
