  • Hello @moeimad!

I tested with this product https://staging.alityan.com/product/barracuda-2tb-internal-hard/ and could replicate the issue.

This seems to be caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to temporarily switch your theme to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. Finally, test to see if the issue is resolved.

To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, continue to the next step – reactivate your other plugins one by one, check the issue after activating each, until you find the one causing conflict.

Here’s a more extensive explanation in our docs: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

If the issue persists even with the Storefront theme with having only the WooCommerce plugin active then please share your WooCommerce error logs and System Status on this thread so we can take a look at your configuration and check the issue further:

System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).

    Tools to help you troubleshoot:

Meks Quick Plugin Disabler is a plugin you can install which will remember what plugins you currently have active so it’s easy to switch them back on. Link: https://wordpress.org/plugins/meks-quick-plugin-disabler/

You can clone your site to a staging environment and perform tests without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin. Link: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/

    Hello @moeimad!

Glad to hear that you got it sorted. 🙂

There are lots of plugins with search functionality so it is hard to recommend one.

I would suggest going with a paid plugin that serves your requirements from this page. → https://woocommerce.com/search/?q=search&collections=product&page=1
All plugins of the above page include a 30-day money-back refund policy, and you have the chance to make pre-sale questions at: https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/

Also, here are some free plugins that are worth checking. → https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/woocommerce+search/

    Hope it helps.
