    Hi Support,

    Recently after an update, I have noticed that certain product categories are not available for drop-down and some only return a few results, not all. The site is a large site with over 3400 products. Are you aware of this issue or have any insight as to a plugin conflict that could be causing this? I have also used Atum Tools to Update products’ calculated properties which did not work.

    I then deactivated all plugins except WordPress, WooCommerce and Atum. Still no result. Your feedback here would be greatly appreciated.

    I’m sorry about the trouble you faced.

    As I understand you are talking about the category dropdown in Stock Central, aren’t you?

    The only changes we’ve made lately to the dropdown could only affect if you’re using WPML.

    The dropdown only hides those categories that don’t have products (they are empty).

    We aren’t aware of any current issues with this or any specific incompatibility with any plugin that may affect this.

    Anyway, you should check that the counters of your categories are correct and if they are not, you need to regenerate them https://woocommerce.com/document/understanding-the-woocommerce-system-status-report/#section-16
