• Resolved fmconti

You closed the previous topic but the problem wasn’t solved, at least for me.
You suggested me to delete once the images form “Media Menu” in the admin dashboard. Fresh re-upload and add to the slider.
I followed the suggestion, but the issue wasn’t fixed. Some images continued to have width=”1″ height=”1″ in the slider.
Then I discovered that if in “Slide Auto Scale” I check on yes, everything works.
Perhaps you can resolve the conflict and prevent others from having the same problem as me.
    Thanks

Exactly. Since in “Slide Auto Scale” I checked Yes instead of No.
If I check No, the images “disappear” again. My slide is ok, but maybe you can fix the issue for other users.
Thank you very much for your fast and precise support

    Hi fmconti,

Sir, please activate the plugin at your URL after we will check this issue because we tested our plugin with gradalicious theme. its working fine with Slide Auto Scale – No.

But thank you for your feedback.

    Thanks.
