Not all inactive widgets show

    Dear joshlevinson,
    I have checked again, it work.

    Note: when you select ‘Default’ , it will load default widget (avail widget + inactive widget) from widget management of WP
    If you want to save your changing (add, remove inactive widget), to select ‘Customize’
