  • ***Updated*** I went into Salesforce –>Setup–>App Setup–>Customize–>Leads–>Fields. There, I was able to copy the CORRECT name of my field into the plugin. Although it shows up as “Procedure(s) Required”, it’s actual name (which the plugin is looking for) is “Procedure_s_required__c”
    This should probably work for other people who have similar problems with fields not transferring properly
