Not all events are displayed, some are double

    Hi there,

    We are facing the issue that not all events added in Eventbrite are displayed with the widget used on our site. If I choose to display more events it displays events twice, but some of the events are not displayed…

    What can be the cause of this?

    First I would like to say you have done a nice job there of customising the output through CSS.

    I’m not sure why you would be missing events, perhaps they are marked as private or draft?

    Duplicates normally come for multiple and duplicated organisation on a single API key. You can easily check that your self using the pro demo page and put your API key in and it will tell you if you have more than one organisation assigned to that key. https://fullworks.net/products/widget-for-eventbrite/eventbrite-shortcode-demo/

    The pro version does have an automatic option to deduplicate however this is not implemented in the free version I’m afraid.
