    I have some emails that are using the default gateway for the hosted site (cloudways/elasticemail) instead of using the MailBank plugin and the smtp setup within it – any idea how I can find the issue?

    Orders (woocommerce) are going through MailBank. UpdraftPlus backup emails are not.

    Hi,

    It shouldn’t be a problem though.

    All emails should go through Mail Bank if it is activated and setup.

    Please check your email log and see if you find UpdraftPlus Backup emails there.

    We tested at our end and WooCommerce + UpdraftPlus Backup emails comes via Mail Bank only.

    You’re right – it is sending and showing in the history – but – it shows errors about attachments, which is an error from the default smtp and not the updated mailbank smtp.

    Why?
