    Since upgrading yesterday things are really not working.

    Now I can people to register but not all the custom questions are being saved.

    The system saves a few but not all of them.

    We need this to work, the older version before the last major update was working for us really well to the point I wish we had not done the update.

    Our system went live for registrations on our yearly event which has now been dogged by a load of issues,

    The update was necessary to work with WordPress 3.9 and newer. It addressed several major security and database access issues. Are you running the latest version of WordPress?

    You can always find previous versions of the plugins if you need to roll back to a previous version.

    yes, running the latest of everything.

    I always update when available.

    I have always found the plugin reliable, however its turned into something that is unusable. the questions we have are important and need to be saved. We will have over 1300 registrations and I don’t want to have to ask everyone to resubmit data manually.


    it is confirmed not saving all questions only some of the information, very intermittent.

    Hi there
    Having a similar problem. Registration names and email etc. are all showing up in the attendees section, but important information such as company name is missing.

    Please advise how to retrieve this information as it is set up in the registration for as a required field.
