not advanced, but broken

    Not sure what makes this tool “Advanced”. The other options on the market are more advanced.

    I tried offloading 50 images. It failed (because theres no way to test credentials in this app).

    After failing, it deleted the 50 images from my server.

    Just super poor careless development strategy.

    Thank you for your feedback. We take all customer concerns seriously.

    We’ve reviewed the code and can confirm it’s not possible for files to be removed if offloading fails. Could you please check your cloud provider settings? Also, there’s a “Test Connectivity” button in the plugin settings page that allows you to verify your connection to the cloud provider before attempting transfers.

    We’d be happy to help troubleshoot this issue further if needed.
