Not Adding Shipping For Low Weight

    Hi,

    I have this plugin working fine for several weight brackets apart from one which is the lowest weight category.

    I have a product whose weight is 1kg, I’ve set this in the product description but whenever I go to checkout the site says “Weight Based Shipping (Free)” on the checkout page?

    I have a configuration setup in the shipping options as:

    Handling Fee: £2.79 (the amount the shipping should be)
    Countries: All
    Tax: None
    Min Weight: 0
    Max Weight 1
    Everything else is blank (which is the same as the other configurations which are all work)

    Any idea what I’m doing wrong? If I increase the product weight the next weight band kicks in and works fine.

    Yes that’s the one I’ve been using, I’ve just sent you another message but guessing you didn’t get that either? It is worth trying your website’s enquiry form?

    Hi Dan,

    Yes I received it and replied using a couple of different email addresses. I guess you didn’t receive them? According to my server logs the messages were all received successfully.

    I think I have an old gmail account somewhere, I’ll try emailing from there.
