    Hello,

    We’ve being using forminator form to subscribe users to our mailchimp newsletter. Up until September 20th everything was working fine. On September 29th we updated Forminator to 1.22.1 and from then onwards we saw that users who tried to subscribe haven’t been subscribed. We went to submissions and saw the message below:

    Sent To Mailchimp
    No
    Info
    Failed adding or updating member on Mailchimp list

    Is there a problem with mailchimp and forminator on version 1.22.1?

    Sorry for the delay regarding this. I couldn’t find a similar issue reported before, so we’ll need to give a closer look.

    Could you please share the form export so that we could check further?

    Please check the following doc on how to export a form:

    If you are concerned about any sensitive information in the form export, then you can duplicate your form, remove any sensitive information, and then export it.

    You can share the export file via Google Drive, Dropbox or any cloud service in the next reply.

    I just rolled back to version 1.20.1 to test if something is wrong with the new version and got that message after trying to test the form:

    Marketing permission ID '2ab57fcc87' does not exist

    So I went and removed some Mailchimp GDPR Permissions. It had:

    • Email
    • Direct Mail
    • Customized Online Advertising

    I only checked Email and tested again and the form passed to Mailchimp OK both with version 1.20.1 and 1.22.1, so I guess it has to do something with Mailchimp? I don’t know…

    Hi @cre8gr,

    To investigate this issue further, I exported the form to a test website at my end but was unable to replicate the issue. The Mailchimp integration works perfectly without any issues.

    Since the issue at your end has been resolved once you have made some updates, I suspect that something at the Mailchimp end went wrong. Please bring this to the notice of Mailchimp support and check if they can provide any insights.
