• TLDR: Claims of being accessibility complainant are not fully accurate.

    Purchased the Pro license due to their article promising its’ accessibility compliance. Immediately found this wasn’t true after adding just one of the Pro fields that doesn’t work with keyboard input on a fresh WP install.

    Since the time of this review the FF support team have informed me that they did find several accessibility issues (including the one I documented) and that they should have them all fixed by their next release.

    Their responsiveness has been appreciated.

    Hi Jessica,

    I know we have been communicating directly in the support ticket you created in our help desk, but I wanted to also post here to announce that the toggle field accessibility bug that you reported has been fixed and will be included in the next plugin release this week.

    There were a few other very minor issues discovered in an audit of the plugin accessibility, and those will be addressed in a coming update as well if they don’t make it into this week’s release.

    Accessibility is a very high priority for us, and we fix any reported accessibility issues as quickly as possible.

    We appreciate your patience and willingness to work with us to make our plugin better.
