The plugin offers a couple of accessibility options that aren't part of WordPress already and is fairly easy to use. However, it does not add or remove title attributes correctly. It doesn't work with images: no setting alt, no title, and no changing default image insert options.

The other stuff is already a part of WordPress or its themes.

This plugin appears to be made for those who don't know how to properly create a webpage or are using very old versions of WordPress.

    Could you elaborate on this?

This plugin appears to be made for those who don't know how to properly create a webpage or are using very old versions of WordPress.

Although I am not the plugin's author, I am part of the WP accessibility team and I can assure you that this (relatively new) plugin has been developed to work with the current version of WordPress and associated themes. As always, there's no script or plugin that can ever replace knowledge or experience when it comes to creating an accessible site but I think this plugin offers a good start for those who are learning.

What do you mean by this, exactly? WordPress already has a system in place for providing an alt attribute, so there's no reason to do anything about that, and I wouldn't want to interfere with default image insert options: those aren't a "stable" set, anyway, since they change according to the last settings used.

The whole purpose of this plug-in is to add support for various issues that aren't in themes; the fact that they exist in some themes isn't a reason to remove them - there are far, far more themes that are lacking these basic features than that include them.
