After searching http://localhost/wp/wp-admin/ and type my information to inter, this page open “http://localhost/wp/wp-admin/setup-config.php?step=2” and error for not access to your page or be sour for your datas.

but my information are correct. please guide me

Apparently your project is not fully configured yet. You have to fill in the displayed setup pages and save them.

Thanks there but if I just forgot my password, what should I do?

If you forgot your password or just entered a wrong one, you would not be redirected to the setup page. If you still think this is the case, here are several ways you can reset your password: https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/reset-your-password/ – but all this will not work if WordPress is not configured.
