Not able to view User Information

    Hi,

    I cannot access the User Information (Registration Data) any more (I can view the Profile though).

    If I access it from a User Information link, the blue “Review Registration Data” popup is empty.

    If I want to open the link in a new tab, the url displays “about:blank#blocked”

    Used to be able to access that info (in fact I still can on the test site). Not sure what happened.

    How can I unblock the access?

    Hello @dkance

    Do you see a complete blank pop up or do you still see a popup heading that says “Review Registration Data”?

    Once you open the pop-up, can you check the console to see if there are any error messages?

    I still see the popup heading “Review Registration Data”.

    I do not see any error messages once I open the pop-up.

    I have not been able to solve this blockage so far.

    I have a staging website where I can get access to this info but cannot understand why it is not possible to access it on the live site.

    Do you have any suggestions on what I could do to access this info as an admin?

    Sorry for the very late response. We’ve been busy working on bug fixes and support backlogs. Are you still having issues with the latest version of Ultimate Member plugin?
