Not able to update worpress

    Hi to all,

    I am not able to update my wordpress website..

    And i am not able to add/upload any images in it please help me to resolve this problem…..

    When ever i am uploading any images from admin panel it shows error unable to create wp-content/upload/2014/14

    I set permission from ftp also then also it is also not working…..
