    I have the event calendar and event ticket plugins, few of my attendes mentioned that they are not able to sign up for the events and see the whole part of the ticket section grey – blank. They simply can’t enter the number of ticket anyhow.

    how can I solve this issue ?

    Hi again @freelance123

    We recently added <noscript>. This ensures your customers aren’t missing the required Attendee Information fields that only get displayed when JavaScript is enabled.

    The grayed-out overlay is accompanied by a message that they need to enable JavaScript to obtain tickets.

    But it does not seem to help, I have the newest version and on both of my search engines (chrome, safari ) is JAvascript enable.

    On my iPhone the event looks completely grey, I cant even click on it. On my computer, on the other I can click on it but it does not function, I can’t add a ticket or press a amount of number tickets.

    Any idea what could be wrong ? Thx
