Not able to set permissions for specific custom post type

This plugin is an great asset, but I notices something strange.
Although all custom post types have their own settings, they all are synced.

So if I enable editing of a certain custom post type, the edit function for all other custom post types are activated as well.
This is undesired behaviour.

Is this intended or a bug?
It doesn’t make lot of sense to show the options to check permissions per custom post type if they always apply to all.
