Not able to select Location for new event

    Hello,

    I just installed The Events Calendar and it looks like the plugin I need. 🙂

    However I noticed I cannot add a location when creating a new event (plugin installed fresh out of the box). I created a new location (even two), but when creating the new event it gives me no options to choose from. Not even the dropdown menu is visible.

    The same is happening for adding an organizer. Although I can see a button ‘Add another organizer’, but clicking on it does nothing.

    I tried looking for a similar issue in the forum, but came up short. Maybe it’s an issue with a different plugin? Or with my theme? (I use Photoform)

    PS: I use WordPress in Dutch, so my descriptions might be a little off.

    I have the same issue as well. Anyone know what we can try to fix this issue?

    I’m just wondering if you are using Divi or any form of Elegant Theme? They have a post fix extension for Divi already and have said that they’ll do additional fixes through this extension if necessary.

    I think it’s necessary.

    I’m sorry to hear about your issues with our plugin.

    Which version of The Events Calendar are you using? I just tested 4.6.6 and didn’t see any issues either with creating an venue together with the event or separately.

    Please also try if the same happens when you switch to a default theme and deactivate all non-calendar plugins. It might be a conflict with those.
    If that is the case our devs can take a look at it.
