    I have Integrated your plugin and trying to use Withdraw feature, but when I select either “Paypal” or “Bank Transfer” and click Save button. It just refreshes and these checkboxes are unselected.

    I have enabled and setup “Direct bank transfer” in (Woocommerce->Settings->Payments) section.

    Also, when I click the Edit link for any Vendor, it redirects me to User-Edit page. There in [Payment Options :] section all bank detail related fields are disabled.

    I am sorry to hear about the withdrawal page issues.

    Can you please try after deactivating other plugins except Dokan and WooCommerce? Also, activate another theme during the test. Let me know how it goes.

    In Dokan Lite the vendor profile edits are done on the user edit page. We have a separate screen for it on Dokan Pro.

    I have same problem with not being able to save withdraw method for stripe connect and have support ticket #492924 in with wedev support. Disabled all plugins except for woocommerce and dokan, and dokan pro and still not able to save. I’m using 3.1.2 Dokan pro .. WordPress 5.5.3

    Need this fixed right away, we can’t run the store without it.

    Same issues. I cant save (Woocommerce->Settings->Payments) Bank & paypal. It is not working with free version. I am using Woodmart theme. Even i have tried by other theme. Not saving Payment method.

    I have contacted them. But, did not get good result . they told me that their developer are working on it. When we will update the plugin then it will be fixed. Did you get any update within 7 days. How to solve it. ??

    Thanks for sharing your feedback here. We have fixed the problem and the next Dokan Lite release will include the fix.


    i have the same problem? !! i tried to disable and enable the plugin multiple time without anything …
    Please how can I solve this issue ??

    Please make sure you are using the latest Dokan Lite 3.1.0. The fix has been added with the new update and we did not hear any more issues about this.

    Also, try with a different theme and keeping only WooCommerce & Dokan activated.
