    Hey @nikhilbhoyar!

The Historical Data import is done via a scheduled action, so if there are other jobs stuck in pending, it won’t be able to run.

To see if this is the problem, go to the Tools > Scheduled Actions page and click on “Pending” at the top. If any of those pending jobs are from dates in the past, you can try manually running them from there or deleting them so that new pending actions can run.

It might also be helpful to install the free WP Crontrol plugin that is available here on .org, as it provides additional info and options.

Let me know if that helps. Cheers!

I have the same issue on multiple sites and no scheduled action / jobs that need to run

    Hey @7thcircle!

Can you take a look to see if there are any fatal error logs with date/time stamps from when this issue was occurring on the WooCommerce > Status > Logs page?

There are no errors in any logs

    Hey @7thcircle,

Can you install and activate the free WP Crontrol plugin and then go to Tools > Cron Events page and let me know if there are any indications of issues shown there?

No issues are shown, but once I forced the db update notice to clear the import worked fine. I have been stuck with the inability to dismiss the thanks for updating the db message.

    Hey @7thcircle,

Glad to hear that you were able to get the import to work.

What approach did you take to force-dismiss the update message?

In the xxx_wc_admin_notes table I updated wc-update-db-reminder from unactioned to actioned

Hey @nikhilbhoyar! Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

If you haven’t already, I would try the above suggestion from 7thcircle regarding the wc-update-db-reminder.

Since I haven’t heard back in a while, I’ll go ahead and close out this thread- however, if you are still running into issues after trying the steps mentioned above, feel free to create a new thread (and reference this one). Thanks!
