Support » Plugin: Product Feed PRO for WooCommerce » Not able to filter GTIN (Custom Attribute) after update

  • Resolved jjuul

After updating your plugin I’m not able to filter GTIN (Custom Attribute field added via functions.php).

When I create a new test feed, the GTIN Custom Attribute is no longer in the drop down under “Feed filters and rules”. Yet the Custom GTIN Field is still showing when I’m looking under the WooCommerce product tab.

The GTIN field and value is populated in the feed itself, and I have activated the attribute in the plugin attribute settings.

So under the filter and rules section the plugin for some reason doesn’t recognize this attribute even though it is printed to the feed.

This results in my previous perfectly working feed has just become blank.

I was able to filter this custom attribute in older versions. Is this a bug or am I missing something? 🙂

    Kind regards

    Hi Jacob,

Thanks for reaching out. We have not made any changes to the drop-downs and as far as we are aware we certainly also haven’t removed any attribute support (apart from the ones that are now part of the Elite version).

Would you be so kind as to reach out by email on and reference this topic/URL in the email? We will take it from there.

    All the best
