    Hi.

    I can’t edit or create templates, drafts or already sent anymore. The template look alright when I click edit in the list of campaigns, but when I click ‘Design email’ the editor wont load. Like this:

    Or sometimes when the editor loads it is not loading the content but just a default template. Like this:

    I would really like to get this working. Thanks for any help!

    Hello again.

    It is working much better then before but not completely. One templates can’t be edited (the editor doesn’t load) and some gets filled by the default content. But it works for what I need now.

    Regarding the remaining issues:

    • Editor not loading for a specific template
    • Some templates showing default content instead of actual content

    This could be due to older template data, caching, or a conflict.

    To help us narrow this down, could you please try the following:

    1. Clear your site cache (and browser cache as well).
    2. Try editing the affected template in an incognito/private window.
    3. Please update plugin to latest version.

    We’d love to get this fully resolved for you.
