Not able to customize the theme

    When i enable the plugin and i go on aspect->personalization the spinner continue to load the customize menu but doesn’t finish the load (infinite spinner). What to do?

    I’m having a similar problem with this plug-in. Once it is activated, the customizer won’t fully load and displays the infinite spinner.

    Do you have php 5.3 ? Please update it to be at least 5.4.

    We will also include a fix in an update this week.

    I’m having the same issue with the mesmerize companion plugin. It was working until suddenly it stopped loading in the customizer page, right as I was working on it. I’ve tried reinstalling the theme and wordpress, and have isolated the issue to this plugin. I bought this theme because I am on deadline… starting to feel like a pretty lousy way to spend $80+.
