Not able to create the field to enter e-mail

Hi,

I contact with you because I require your help.
I have installed your plugin and configure it and I´d like to show a widget on the right part area of the page with a field to enter e-mail and two bottoms to subscribe and unsbuscribe to the posts.
I have created a new page with name Subscriber2 and after added a block select html de subscribe2. I have the blocks editor in wp, not the classic editor.
Please, see the right side of the page and how it´s shown, I can not see e-mail field, neither subscribe and unsubscribe bottom appear..
