    Setting up your chatbot is two part process. The first part is getting your chatbot credentials on IBM’s website. The second part is entering the information from IBM’s site into the plugin.

    Part I — getinng the credentials on IBM’s website

    1. Go to the website where you created the chatbot
    2. You should see three tabs near the top of your page: “Home”, “Skills” and “Assistants”
    3. Go to the “Assistants” tab
    4. At the right side of your assistant’s “block” there is “three dots” menu button. Press it and select “View API details”
    5. Copy “Assistant URL”, “Username” and “Password” values.

    Part II — entering credentials to the plugin

    1. Go to your WordPress Dashboard
    2. In the left menu, there is “Plugins” submenu
    3. Activate “Watson Assistant” plugin
    4. In the left menu, there is “Watson Assistant” submenu
    5. Select “Set Up Chatbot” in “Watson Assistant” submenu
    6. Go to “2. Plugin Setup” tab on the “Set Up Your Chatbot” page
    7. Enter previously copied credentials into corresponding fields
