Not able to calculate shipping fee if purchase virtual and physical product

I am facing issue where there is no shipping fee charges when I buy virtual product and physical product from the same store, if purchase from 2 different store able to display for the other seller which we buy physical product from

Hi @yltan
If a virtual product is loaded to the cart followed by a physical product, shipping fee won’t be charged.
Virtual products do not trigger shipping calculations as explained in this guide.
You can go for a custom coded solution to prevent loading virtual and physical products in the same order. There is no default way to do so.
If you need any assistance with the code and/or customization, please reach out to a web developer or one of our experts.
I have try by selecting the physical product first from the same seller then only select the virtual product and it able to calculate the shipping charges

Secondly, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

We setup it as a multivendor store by using woocommerce and dokan for the multivendor
This is the screen shot if I purchase from 2 different store with physical product it able to work normally as below screen shot

Related to dokan plugin? I taught even with the dokan multivendor plugin the checkout page still using woocommerce

Even though the checkout page uses WooCommerce , it would be best to have the Dokan support team check the problem because the plugin is in use.
