Not able to apply default Woocommerce coupons on checkout

    We are facing an issue with poetryplex.com site.
    where discount code applied message is not displaying and the coupon is also not shown applied on the checkout cart. When one clicks the apply disocunt button the second time it shows “error” that it is already applied (even though it does not show any message the first time, nor is the coupon shown applied on checkout cart).

    Please note that we are NOT using any discount/coupon plugin and this is the default woocommerce coupon feature. We have checked everything including disabling the plugins to check, but can’t seem to figure out what is wrong. You can use mypoetry as the discount code to check the issue.

    Hi there @absoluteapoorv , and welcome to the WooCommerce support forum!

    From what I gather, you are reporting the mypoetry is not working as expected at your store’s Checkout page.

    I went ahead with testing this, and I am glad to report that it all worked as expected on my end. Linked here is a screenshot showcasing this.

    Hi Pepe, yes, we resolved the issue later the night. I couldn’t find this ticket link to update you about it. It was a plugin conflict with an ajax cart we installed for testing. Even though it was not switched on, it was causing the conflict. Thank you for your time to look into this issue, and apologies for wasting your time 🙂
