We have not tested the plugin with WC Subscription.
Does it mean the FAQ Tab disappear when you select “Subscription” in product data (from wp-admin)?
Could you please send a screenshot of the Subscription section?

I am not able to add the review for a subscription product. As you can see the screenshot, I can see an option to add “Add Question”. But when I add the review and update the product, it does not get saved.

You can check it on any wordpress site. You just need to install the WooCommerce Subscription plugin on it and you will be able to replicate this.
Could you please give me the installation link of the one you have?
The only plugin I find is the Premium one from WooCommerce website.
