# Not able to activate Pro plugin

 * The free version of the plugin activated fine, but when I purchased the Pro version
   the downloaded Pro plugin won’t activate. I deactivated the free plugin and deleted
   it first, then installed the Pro version. It installs fine, but doesn’t activate.
   I redid the download from the email I received upon purchase, but it has the 
   same problem. Can you help? Thanks!

   alongside the free/base plugin**. Please install and activate the free version
   first, then install and activate the Pro plugin without deleting the free version.
