 * I was using another encoding plug in. After adding some pages I started getting
more spam. didn’t see a fix, so I just downloaded your plug in. I don’t see any
of my email addresses altered. I.E. tom[at]domain[dot]com. How do I know this
plug in is now working?? Can I change a setting in dashboard to alter address
   appearance?
 * Why do I have to add some code to every post to protect phone numbers from bots?
Can’t I just check a box somewhere and accomplish the same thing??
 * Thanks.

 * The plugin shows the email as you entered on the screen, but in the code behind
it, the emailaddress will be encrypted.
Though you’re that it would be a nice
feature to also mask the email as you see on the page as an extra level of protection.
 * I added the feature to protect all kind of content, not particularly phone numbers.
Therefore you have to manually mark the content you want to be encoded.

 * Can I add the code one-time? If so where? If I have to add the code to each page
and each post, isn’t that a lot of extra time? And how can you get away with
   only one entry?
 * Told you I’m not a code guy – LOL.

 * It depends on the structure of your site and theme.
    Normally when you have content
that’s repeated on most of the pages, it should be implemented in like a widget(
or in one of the template files). When the content changes you only have to edit
on one place and it will be changed on all pages.
